How do forfeits work?
Each day, you set up to 3 tasks as your pact. If any task is incomplete at 2 AM (your timezone), your stored payment method is automatically charged your batsu amount. This happens without additional confirmation — that's the point.
What if I don't set tasks for the day?
If you don't set a pact, your default batsu amount is still charged at 2 AM. Not setting tasks does not exempt you from your commitment. The app sends reminders throughout the day.
Can I get a refund on a forfeit?
No. Forfeits are final and non-refundable. This is by design — real consequences drive real change. By using BATSU, you expressly consent to these automatic charges. See our Terms of Service for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel through your account settings in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current cycle's program fee.
What is the Iron Will Guarantee?
If you complete the full bootcamp with genuine effort and don't see meaningful change, we refund your program fee. The guarantee covers the program fee only — forfeits are non-refundable. See the full Iron Will Guarantee page.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion through the account deletion page or by emailing ak.labz.mvp@gmail.com. We will delete your account and associated data. Note that deletion does not entitle you to a refund of fees or forfeits already charged.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
